At Carolina Capital Group we focus on the sourcing and acquisition of off-market commercial real estate assets for our portfolio and also the benefit of our private partners. We are looking to buy properties nationwide with a particular focus on high cash flow multi-family opportunities and single tenant commercial properties with the potential to be transformed into triple net lease opportunities. Through our proprietary system of market research, lead generation and asset acquisition CCG seeks out sub-markets with burgeoning economic centers and strong projections for demographic growth.

Multifamily Properties

We look to purchase multifamily properties in markets across the nation, focusing primarily on opportunities for value-add and operational upside.  Our main targets are B and C Class assets but we will also consider some A and D properties as well.

Single Tenant Triple Net Lease Investments

As an investment group we are consistently pursuing single tenant retail properties nationwide that can be purchased and transformed into Triple Net Investment opportunities.

Retail Shopping Centers

This commercial real estate space is changing rapidly and we are eager to purchase retail shopping centers particularly if there is at least a 40% to 60% occupancy rate.

Self-Storage Facilities

Whether it's a purchase or the conversion of an existing structure, our flexibility allows us to purchase self-storage opportunities in a variety of different market locations and demographics.
